The ribbed cotton is noticeably thicker than the leggings we had before, so her knees stay warm on cold playground days. That stretchy waistband never digs in, and the strawberry pink survived three washes without fading.
These are thick enough that my toddler stays warm on chilly morning walks, which is exactly what I wanted from ribbed cotton. The waistband stretches without digging in, so she never fusses when I pull them on.
