Bought this for my daughter's spring recital and the full skirt twirls beautifully without feeling stiff. The embroidery applique at the front adds a sweet vintage touch, and the fabric is so soft she didn't want to take it off.
Wore this to a baby shower and got three compliments before I even sat down. The frill sleeves with the little bobble trim are such a sweet detail, and the fabric feels soft right out of the wash. Full skirt twirls nicely too, sits just above the knee on me at 5'4".
