The corduroy is so soft I wore it straight out of the package, and the tiered frill skirt hits just above the knee exactly like I hoped. That little chest pocket is perfect for my phone, and the metal snap makes it quick to throw on.
The adjustable straps are a lifesaver since I'm short-waisted, and the tiered frill skirt hits right above the knee like it should. Wore it over a turtleneck to a fall market and got three compliments before lunch.
