The tiered skirt gives it such a nice swing when I walk, and the shoulder frills are a cute touch without being too much. I've already worn it twice this week, once over a tee and once with a turtleneck underneath.
I wore this over a long sleeve tee all through fall and it never felt bulky underneath. The cotton twill is soft right out of the package and the tiered skirt has a nice swing without being too full.
The cotton twill is thicker than I expected, which makes it work for layering a long sleeve tee underneath without feeling bulky. Only thing is the shoulder frills run a bit large on my frame, but they're cute enough that I don't mind.
