I wore this to a baby shower and got three compliments before I even sat down. The organic cotton blend is genuinely buttery soft, and the frill shoulders keep it from feeling plain. The back button opening is a little fiddly on your own, but the full skirt makes up for it.

The full skirt has a really nice swing to it when you walk, and the organic cotton feels buttery soft against my skin. Only thing is the frill shoulders run a bit wide on me, so I sized up and it worked out fine.
