Very Cherry Velour Collar Dress

The velour is so soft my daughter keeps petting the sleeves. The snap closure at the back neck makes dressing her quick, no fighting with tiny buttons. The frill hem and embroidered appliqués survived a full day of playground and a wash without fading.
